Bitches n Brews is proud to present the Brewing Diversity n Inclusion Fest, a traveling beverage festival that takes the spirit of craft brewing to different cities across America. Our festival is more than just a gathering; it's an experience filled with connections, games, workshops, and, of course, a diverse range of drinks! Bitches n Brews is committed to making this event the first-ever touring beer festival dedicated to inclusion and diversity, showcasing businesses owned by minorities in the industries our audience has told us they are interested in.

We are seeking highly-motivated people-lovers to join our team as Event Sales Representatives
for our "Brewing Diversity n Inclusion Fest" produced by Bitches n Brews LLC.
Hiring 4-5 Event Sales Representatives per project we have available.
Your Responsibilities:
Negotiation
Engage in negotiations for terms, contracts, and pricing agreements with vendors, presenters, and entertainment.
Coordination
Ensure that participants have all necessary information and requirements for their participation.
Timeline Management
Maintain event timelines for optimal participant and attendee experience.
☑️ Must possess a genuine passion for working with people, interest in diversity and inclusion, with a collaborative and outside-the-box mindset.
☑️ Technology Requirements: Phone, Computer, High-speed internet, G Suite (we will provide a Gmail account with G Suite access)
☑️ Ability to work part-time remotely from home
☑️ Proficiency in utilizing technology and software for event planning and communication purposes - preferred experience with Go High Level CRM and Google Meet, or similar tools.
☑️ Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
☑️Experience in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, the Beer Industry or related field (preferred but not required)
☑️ Earning Potential
Earn between $20 to $50 per contract sold, with payments distributed biweekly.
☑️ Flexibility
Work 10-20 hours per week during regular business hours, allowing you to balance work and personal commitments seamlessly.
☑️ Timeline and Career Growth
We have numerous projects available for hire for each festival, with 3 festivals to be planned throughout 2024 and 3 festivals planned throughout 2025, and ongoing. Each project has between 75 - 150 contracts available to sell. Hiring on a project-by-project basis, however this position can be ongoing for future projects dependent on successful completion of each project worked on.
Our first ever event will be in June 2024! Local brewers and vendors from all walks of life will be hosting their wares at this festival
and bringing you the best each city has to offer! The festival will be filled with connections, games, workshops, and, of course, drinks!

Bitches n Brews is proud to present the first ever touring beer festival dedicated to diversity and inclusion, and will feature many businesses owned by minorities. This is a time where we, as a community, need to rally around all of our local owners no matter who they are or what they look like. In this spirit, every vendor will be vetted. We are not going to cancel anyone, but we are choosing to only work with vendors who are embracing diversity and are willing to learn and grow toward a more inclusive community.
